Dry Hire Mobile Bar in London

Dry hire is the smartest way to get a professional bar service at your event without the premium drinks markup. You buy your own drinks from a supermarket or wholesaler, and we bring the bar, bartenders, glassware, ice and all equipment. Most clients save 30 to 40 percent compared to a full-service package.

Our dry hire mobile bar includes a professional bar unit, trained bartenders with personal alcohol licences, glassware for all guests, ice buckets, cocktail equipment, garnish station and full setup and cleanup. We provide a recommended shopping list based on your guest count, event duration and drink preferences so you buy exactly the right quantities.

Dry hire bar packages start from £350 for up to 50 guests with one bartender. This is our most popular option for house parties, garden parties and smaller celebrations where budget matters. You control the drinks quality and quantity — we make it look and feel professional.

Dry Hire FAQ

What does dry hire include? +
Dry hire includes the mobile bar unit, professional bartenders, all glassware, ice, basic garnishes (limes, lemons, mint), cocktail shakers and tools, napkins and a full setup and cleanup service. You supply the alcohol, mixers and any specialist ingredients. We provide a shopping list to make buying easy.
How much can I save with dry hire? +
Most clients save 30 to 40 percent compared to a full-service open bar package. For example, a full-service package for 80 guests might cost £1,500, while dry hire with the same bartender count costs £600 to £800 plus your drinks spend of approximately £400 to £600 from a supermarket.
Will you help me work out how much to buy? +
Yes. After booking, we send you a personalised drinks shopping list based on your guest count, event duration and drink preferences. The list includes exact quantities for spirits, wine, beer, mixers and garnishes. We also suggest which supermarkets and wholesalers offer the best value.
Can I still have cocktails with dry hire? +
Yes. Our bartenders can make any cocktail from the ingredients you supply. We provide a cocktail recipe list with your shopping guide so you know exactly what to buy. Popular dry hire cocktails include Aperol Spritz, Gin and Tonic, Mojito and Espresso Martini.
